⚖ Internal Policy & Legal Status

📌 Legal Position Participation is only allowed for users aged 18 and older. The platform is not a casino and does not host traditional gambling. All users agree to the platform's rules and accept the associated risks.

📋 Event Rules

• If an event created by an administrator is canceled or doesn't take place — all bets are refunded.

• If a user-created event fails moderation — the 100 USDT event fee is returned to their balance.

• If an approved event is canceled by the user — the creation fee is not refunded, but all participants get their bets back.

• If the event ends successfully:

  • The event creator receives 1% of the losing side's pool.

  • The platform takes a 9% commission from the losing side.

  • Winners receive payouts proportionally to their bet, after fees are deducted.

🛡 Moderation & Content Policy All events are manually reviewed within 72 hours. An event may be rejected if:

• It violates platform rules,

• It creates reputational risks,

• It’s legally or ethically inappropriate.

🚫 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Insults, spam, or promotion of third-party services → 3 warnings = account ban. (You’ll be able to withdraw your balance, but active bets won’t be refunded.)

• Inappropriate avatar, username, or content (e.g., violence, pornography, politics, hate speech) → ban after warnings. Funds from ongoing events are redistributed among participants.
